The HIPster®, a perioperative patient positioning device,holds the panniculus securely in place during a right or left procedure and removes quickly and painlessly without residue. Designed for femoral access and THAs. It simplifies pannus retraction. Patient positioning for larger BMI patients is often difficult and cumbersome and may result in injury to clinical staff. It helps significantly improve patient dignity. The Hipster can be applied in 30 seconds and completely exposes the procedural site.
